Though the Europa League may often be called a second tier competition, the remaining teams in this competition can by no means be called second tier. Knocking out heavyweights like Manchester City and past European Champions Manchester United cannot be called a small task after all!

Germany:
Bayern Munich turn on the style before their vital encounter vs Basel in the midweek Champions League second leg fixture by thrashing 7 past a listless Hoffenheim.
